You've read about and/or seen Janet's im-modest moves during half time of the SuperBowl. But, did you see this item? Seems that Google is being sued for trademark infringement by the company American Blind & Wallpaper website for "manipulating the search engine's results when people search for American Blind to bring up ads from their competitors."
