Frachetta/Schwan's Nominated for Worst Web Customer Service

This is nuts! I send Frachetta/Schwan's directions for cooking their product on a gas grill. Which I did successfully (see the form submission below). Sally and all of Schwan's sucks! Instead of a customer for life I'm just another pissed of consumer!
