I read with interest Will the Ford Mondeo Come to America? (Newsweek) a vehicle which gets 47.9 miles per gallon from a 2.0 liter engine. So, are Ford and the other in cahoots with "Big Oil" to keep better mileage vehicles? Hybrids aside...in the case of the Mondeo it appears true.
