I thought Fred Thompson was going to announce (or not) his intent to run. But, alas nothing on his blog since June 28th. So can you give us an answer yet? Are you in the race or not? I know we have a long way to go till election day but, you've got to take the training wheels off sooner or later!

Don't worry. It's coming in the next week and a half. Here's a hint. He is no longer 'employed by ABC Radio Networks." He has just leased a building for his national headquarters in Nashville. Possibly Monday, or possibly the 15th, that's the inside word.
